Before installation

Confirm stile width, door thickness, backset, cut-outs, active leaf, sliding direction, lock body and frame keeper. Check panel and interior-turn clearance throughout the full sliding travel and overlap. Use the matching installation drawing; promotional dimensions and scenes are not drilling templates.

Keep the leaf open while setting your own administrator and testing interior opening, enrolled exterior credentials and backup access. Face enrolment follows the fitted module’s own menu and voice prompts.

Matter over Thread

Prepare a compatible Matter controller and Thread border router; one device may provide both roles. An ordinary Wi-Fi router is not a Thread border router. Controls and remote access depend on the selected platform, software, region and lock configuration. Matter does not automatically provide Apple home keys or synchronise local biometrics and credentials.
