Setup guidance for JINK products across Apple Home, Matter, Thread and professional building systems.

Before pairing a Matter over Thread product

Confirm that the product page explicitly states Matter over Thread.
Prepare a compatible Matter controller and a compatible Thread Border Router in the ecosystem you use.
Keep the controller, Thread Border Router and JINK device close together during first setup.
Use the ecosystem app named on the product page and scan the Matter setup code.

Most JINK Matter products are commissioned directly through the supported ecosystem shown on the product page. A separate JINK app is not required unless the product page explicitly states otherwise.
